Ice cream catering is probably one of the most fun types of catering out there. Everyone loves ice cream and making your own sundae takes you back to your childhood and evokes feelings of happiness and innocence. Here is some info on ice cream catering.

First there is the ice cream sundae. Usually, there will be a few basic flavors as a foundation to build your sundae on. The most popular flavors are the classics: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. If you want other flavors just ask. We are happy to switch out flavors.

Ice cream sundaes would not be complete without an array of yummy toppings to go with them. Usually We offer a package of toppings. The classic toppings like nuts, whipped cream, caramel and hot fudge, cherries, sprinkles and others are standard. If you would prefer others you can either substitute them or add them on for an additional charge.

Another ice cream catering option is to have an ice cream cart. This is a wheeled cart that has different flavors of ice cream and toppings in it. An attendant mans the cart and takes orders. Your guests would come up to the ice cream cart and request what they want and the attendant makes it for them. This is ideal for a carnival or fair type theme or really any event where the ice cream might be consumed at different times instead of all at once. It is really quite charming and has an old fashioned feel.

For your guests who have a dairy allergy, we offer Italian Ice as a tasty alternative. You can have several different flavors and they are served right along with the ice cream. This way everyone's tastes and special needs are satisfied.

We will provide all of the serving dishes also. We have disposable bowls, cups, spoons and napkins.

Decorations are also offered by us. Things like balloons and table covers are standard. If you don't mind paying a little extra it might be worth it not to have to go through all of the trouble of setting it up yourself.
